Values are the things in life that I consider to be meaningful and inspirational in my life. My first value is mannerism. I believe everyone should have respectful manners that can allow a set of people to feel comfortable and relaxed in her or his presence. When someone is very disrespectful or always laughing at someone else's comments in a taunting manner I would always despise the person and would wish to get rid of there absence. I also value integrity because it reflects a person's inner strength and kindness. My biggest value is honesty. One can not go far if honesty is not one of the persons highest morals. One must be honest with not only a team member but also himself. The first step in a group collaboration must be honesty. Once that is underfoot a major issue would be overcome.
As for my beliefs I believe that everyone is equal. Everyone has an equal right to state an opinion. And as a second step each person's opinion should be heard and considered. Everyone is made differently and therefore has a unique way they see the world and its circumstances. To add, just because I disagree with a person's idea does not mean it is wrong. In this case, I would only have a different opinion.
For my personal why the inspiration that I have to do a senior project is the end result. I see the senior project as a long-awaited time period I have been looking for. This project is the last tie to high school. And in the end of the project, we would not only be finishing an assignment but also a tightly shared tie with fellow classmates. I hope that this project would draw the class closer. If we learn to work together, listen to one another, and collaborate I believe when obstacles come they would be minor bumps in the road. This is what inspires me to do a senior project. To see the end result and look back on a year full of memories of our last year of high school and childhood.
