I value honesty and openness, honesty is very important to me in all aspects of life. I want my team as well as the people around me to be fully open to not be afraid to express there feeling about anything. I’m motivated by making people smile or laugh. I would say I use my humor in said way, I do preposterous things to make someone laugh. I believe in creating an environment where all feel welcome and able to speak their mind and not hold back. I believe my purpose is to uphold beliefs in making the world a happier and safer place.
