Zerouka School

When i take the road to fes i always see little kids on the way wearing a coat with their bags and one day i stopped to ask a child where the school is located and he showed me its location.It was easy for me to find it and it is 10 min driving from ifrane. When i decided to visit it i saw the Moroccan flag and colors outside the building with the walls containing the Moroccan national anthem. I asked the teachers some questions asking them what is the most important thing they need in that school and he gave me a tour visiting the two classes that they have. The most important thing they need is surrounding wall because it's not safe for the students and the sheeps and cows keep coming in to the school destroying the doors, windows and make the field dirty. Also they need wood and some clothing such as boots and jackets for the students since the weather is really cold during winter and it's hard for them since they walk long distances during the rain and snow. Me and some friends will start going to that school twice a week to teach them French and English because they will need it in the future. I felt so sad because i saw how simple they are and i could see their faces are still smiling even though they are in a very critical situation. Helping this school will be my senior project and i will be doing each step at time so they could benefit from it because if i wait until the end of year they will suffer more and more.
